How to Apply:

Surface Preparation: Begin with a clean, dry, and level surface. Any cracks or damages should be repaired. The surface must be free of dust, grease, or any contaminants that might affect adhesion.

Primer Application: Apply a suitable epoxy primer to enhance the adhesion of the FLAKE system.

Base Coat Application: Once the primer is set, apply the base coat. The color of the base coat can influence the overall appearance of the FLAKE system.

Broadcasting FLAKE: While the base coat is still wet, broadcast the FLAKE into the resin at the desired density. Ensure even distribution for a uniform appearance.

Curing Time: Allow sufficient time for the base coat to cure, typically overnight.

Excess FLAKE Removal: Once cured, remove any loose or excess FLAKE to achieve a smooth, even surface.

Seal Coat Application: Apply a clear topcoat to seal and protect the FLAKE surface. This not only enhances durability but also provides a glossy or matte finish, based on preference.

Final Curing: Allow the final coat to cure properly, which may take several hours to a day, depending on environmental conditions.

Inspection and Touch-Up: After curing, inspect the surface for any imperfections or missed spots and perform touch-ups as necessary.

Custom blend and color matching options are available for a unique and personalized finish, with no minimum order requirement. This detailed process ensures a high-quality, durable, and aesthetically pleasing surface that lasts.
